- Orders and payment: All orders must be placed through our approved channels(website, instagram @bakeshopofficial, Calls/Whatsapp 09022699839. Full payment is required before we bake or deliver your order.
- Product description: We strive to describe our products accurately; however, variations in colour or decoration may occur because each cake is handmade.
- Allergies: Our kitchen handles ingredients such as nuts, dairy, eggs and gluten. We cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens.
- Changes and cancellations: Changes to your order (e.g., flavour, size, design) must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
- Limitation of liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
