Why returns are limited
Our baked goods are made fresh and are meant to be consumed quickly. Because they are perishable, we cannot accept general returns once an order has been delivered. However, we want you to love what you ordered. If there is any issue with your cake or other baked goods, please contact us immediately using the details above.
Reporting an issue
- Timing: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Condition: Please bring the product back to us so we can assess what went wrong. We understand you may have cut or tasted the cake; you must return the item with only the portion used for tasting removed.
- Proof of purchase: Provide your order number or receipt so we can locate your order.
Refunds or replacements
- After we receive the item and confirm the issue, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the same product at no additional cost, or
- A refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds or replacements are not available after the 24-hour period because the products are perishable and may have been exposed to conditions beyond our control.
Non-returnable items
Custom orders, wedding cakes, and other specially designed items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
